CHECKS & TESTS
Observe, compare and test.
Depending on the situation, checks may include visual inspection, moisture measurement, thermal imaging, pressure or isolation tests, dye tests, drainage checks and CCTV pipe inspection. Findings are considered together.
Thermal images, moisture readings or CCTV footage on their own do not conclusively identify the cause of ingress.
RESULTS & NEXT STEPS
Findings and possible repairs.
Following the checks, the procedures carried out, test results and conclusions supported by the evidence are communicated to the client. Where appropriate, possible repair options are proposed.
If findings remain inconclusive, further tests may be recommended before any repair is agreed.
