Does non-invasive investigation always avoid opening the wall?
No. Investigations aim to limit exploratory openings, but access and repair may still require localised work.
Can you investigate damp without a known pipe leak?
Yes. Our approach is to investigate possible origins without assuming the cause in advance.
Can the same company locate and repair the leak?
Where technically and operationally feasible, we can propose and undertake the repair.
DOCUMENTED TECHNICAL CHECKS
Assess, record and explain.
Technical assessments may be supported by clear written records appropriate to the scope of work.
Where included in the agreed service, a technical report may describe the inspections, checks carried out, observations, findings, conclusions and recommendations, supported by photographs where relevant.
Not every maintenance call or repair includes a full technical report. The level of documentation is agreed according to the service.
